2. The impact of chronic illness on adolescent health and the impact of adolescence on
   chronic illness
3. What 'transition of care' actually means for the adolescent with a chronic illness

3. Clinical experience: taking a history and conducting a clinical examination of an inpatient and presenting it to the supervisor for discussion of the objectives; attendance at adolescent outpatient clinic
